Delivery Information

All products lead times are advertised on each product. 

While we strive to get you your orders on time and our lead times are very accurate delays can happen and are out of our control. However if we encounter any delays with your order we will notify you immediately and keep you informed. 

If any delays are significant we will offer you the option of a full refund. 

On Delivery Day

Once your order is ready you will be notified of your delivery date. On the day of delivery you will be sent a 2 hour window. Please note we hand deliver all our items and our delivery can take place between 9am - 8pm. 

If you need to reject a delivery date then we will rebook you for the next available slot however there is no guarantees with how soon this will be as it will depend on when we are next in your location. 

We will deliver to your chosen room however we take no responsibility if an item will not fit through any doors or spaces and our team can refuse to continue the delivery if an item will not fit. If your item does not fit and you can't accept the item we will offer a refund with a 30% restock fee and your delivery fee will not be refunded. Bespoke made to order items and ex demo display items are strictly none refundable. 

Checking your order

Any issues or faults with your order need to be reported to us at customerservice@navyfurnishings.com within 24 hours. It is important you check your product immediately after delivery as we will not be held responsible after this time.
